Depending on how you interact with Orca, we may collect:

• Name, phone number, email address, service address, and contact preferences.
• Pool details, access information, requested services, notes, and optional photos.
• Quote, promotion, appointment, visit, communication, consent, and billing records.
• Limited website and device information needed for security and reliable operation.

Payment providers process card and bank information. Orca is designed to retain provider references and masked details rather than full card or bank-account numbers.

How we use information

We use information to prepare and confirm estimates, schedule and perform pool service, document visits, respond to questions, deliver requested communications, issue invoices and receipts, process authorized payments, prevent fraud, maintain records, and meet legal obligations.

Text messages and your choices

Service and billing texts are optional. Promotional texts require a separate optional choice. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to cancel all Orca text messages or HELP for help.

Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent records are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share them only with vendors that help deliver and support Orca messages, as needed to operate the program, or when required by law.

When information is shared

We may provide the minimum information needed to service providers that support hosting, identity, communications, routing, payments, accounting, security, and pool operations. Those providers may use it only to perform services for Orca. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the business, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate protections.

Retention and protection

Optional quote photos are intended to remain available to the Orca team for 30 days. Other records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for service, support, accounting, safety, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. We use access controls, encryption where appropriate, provider safeguards, audit records, and limited data collection, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

California privacy requests

California residents may ask Orca to explain, access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to identity verification and applicable legal exceptions. Orca will not discriminate against someone for making a privacy request. An authorized agent may submit a request when legally permitted and properly verified.

Website storage and children

The website may remember an Orca promotion in local browser storage so the offer is not lost during a return visit. Orca does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 and this website is intended for adults arranging property services.
