Website estimates and service requests

Website prices are nonbinding planning estimates. Final pricing and availability are confirmed after Orca reviews the pool, photos, access, condition, equipment, service needs, and route availability. Sending a request does not create a customer account, begin service, or authorize a payment.

Service and billing

Recurring service begins only after the customer receives and accepts the applicable quote or service agreement. Chemicals, materials, initial cleanups, repairs, unusual treatments, and equipment work may be priced separately as disclosed before service. Recurring-payment authorization, saved payment methods, due dates, and late-payment terms are presented separately before they apply.

Orca text-message program

People may separately choose recurring Orca service and billing texts, including quote and scheduling updates, visit summaries, invoices, receipts, payment reminders, and requested support. Promotional texts, including discounts and special offers, require a separate optional choice.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to cancel all Orca text messages, HELP for help, or START to request re-enrollment in message categories previously selected. You may also call 619-324-3231 or email [email protected]. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Promotions

Promotion eligibility is confirmed with the pool-specific quote. Unless an offer says otherwise, promotions are limited to one per household, cannot be combined, have no cash value, and remain subject to service-area availability, account approval, and the conditions presented with the applicable offer.

Photos and submitted content

A person submitting photos or notes confirms they are authorized to share them for a service estimate. Do not submit unrelated people, sensitive documents, payment-card details, passwords, or other information Orca did not request.

Acceptable use and availability

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious content, or impersonate another person. Orca may limit abusive or automated requests. Website and messaging availability may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, networks, carriers, or service providers.

Privacy, changes, and contact
